Every client is fully assessed & an individual treatment programme developed to address your specific needs.
In a quiet, calming environment your treatment will be carried out.
You may receive
Massage, Acupuncture, Stretches, Exercises, Joint mobilisation, Strengthening, Postural advice & improvement, walking/ gait re-education & advice on & practice with mobility aids, Balance work.

You will usually be seen within a couple of days.
You are guaranteed a timely follow up appointment too.

You can attend one of the lovely clinics in Namrata Wellbeing &Yoga Studio, Balfron or
The Old Surgery, Buchlyvie or a you may prefer a Home Visit.

Treatment time & costs
To allow you to fully relax & not feel rushed our appointment time is longer ~ lasting 45-60 minutes.
Price: £55/ session
Home visits dependent on travel time - may incur additional fee.
You may pay by cash or bank transfer.
